    Hi everyone

Recently I checked my main money site and I got that red screen that prevented me from visiting it and it says that my website might hard the computer ...

I know for sure that I wasn't responsible for this because I didn't update, or upload anything for months, I'm suspecting that this was passed on to me from another website on the shared hosting of hostgator :(:(:(

I called them and they created a ticket that wasn't looked at for more than 48 hours now, WTF !!

Sorry for the long rant guys, my question is - have u ever faced this situation ? once the hosting clear the bad code, how long will take google to review it once I request a review from the webmaster tools ?

Check your website's files for suspicious javascripts. I've been in this situation on HG as well. We removed the bad code, requested google to re-check the site and everything went back to normal.

Don't panic and check your code.

Not a huge deal, just find the malware, remove it and keep going -- that said, depending on what was installed, I would just delete EVERYTHING and upload a fresh backup. Less chance that way of back doors being left on the site. Dont forget to get them to recheck your site as well!

Files are cleaned by HG, and a review was requested in the webmaster tools

Change your database and shell password, check for new accounts created. Normally malware will create a way to return. Also scan your database for malware, it may return via content in a post.
