    Hello...

As a newbie to making money online / adult marketing I thought I'd ask here for advice.
First of all let me say I'm not looking for BIG big bucks and/or instant money. I've got plenty of time and this is more like a hobby income than a living for me. The money I earn from this venture is mainly used to fund my other leisure activities such as electronics and fishing.

Basically, I've got a website (adult tube) and it's been online since Dec last year. So far, I've turned an initial $30 investment (domain name and hosting) into aprox $350 across a 6 month period.
For four months of that period, I was banned from Google for redirecting all mobile traffic to an affiliate but as of June 29th, it's back online and churning in more daily hits than it was before. It's gone from 100 - 250 visists per day to over 2.5K per day with 90% of that being Organic from Google Searches.

What I've done with the site in terms of marketing and revenue generation so far:

    • Signed up with: JuicyAds, AdultFriend, CrakRevenue, Whalecash & Plugrush - Since my visitor numbers are low, I feel too many different ads and too many different affiliates is spreading things too thin.
    • Set up dedicated ad serving software to geo target ads on my site for max payout. E.g. Indian traffic is shown Indian ads with high payouts.
    • Implemented PopUnders and PopOvers (3 Max) also containing geo targeted ads / banners
    • Implemented Mobile and Geo Targeted Mobile Ads.
    • Added adblock software which logs number of visitors using adblock and pops up a message encouraging they switch it off. It also loggs the number of visitor that turn off their adblock when prompted.
    • Made good use of GA Search Engine Ranker Trial for Backlinks (will buy when I've got the funds)
    • Posted quality comments to blogs inc links to my site
    • Created Twitter account only accepting genuine human followers & linked it to Facebook and Tumblr with similar.
    • Post regular to twitter by hand as well as auto posting from website when videos are added which also posts everything from twitter in turn to Facebook and Tumblr.
    • Post photos to twitter (watermarked)
    • Post photos to facebook (watermarked)
    • Post photos to tumbler (watermarked)
    • Post photos to pinterest (watermarked)
    • Listed website in all free search engines and directories (not exhausted still always more)
    • Continually post links on websites, blogs, facebook etc whenever the opportunity arrises
    • Spend around 2 hours posting links / comments etc to various places / sites
    • Upload a min of 10 new videos to the website per day to keep content fresh - movies range from short clips to full 20 - 30 min scenes.
    • SEO all page / site titles, descriptions, videos, keywords, text content, thumbnails, images etc. Nothing gets posted without every SEO box filled and optimised.
    • Logging all visitor data and interractions (Google analytics) and all advertising data (Via own ad server software with stats cross checked with affiliate stats)

So with all that, I currently make around on average $2.50 per day purely from Juicy Ads popunders and mobile redirects. Bearing in mind of course, all my overheads and costs amount to less than $10 per month for my hosting so per month I make around $60. Before I was banned from Google, I used to promote AdultFriend where I currently have aprox $257 which I cannot claim. Had I read the small print properly at the time of sign up, I would have noticed all the hoops a British Citizen needs to jump through to claim it. I need an international tax number which requires two forms to be filled in, taken to the American Embassy to be validated along with my passport just to apply for this tax number. It'll cost me what I've made just to claim it as I don't have a passport for a start! So, even though I've earned well out of them (made $257 in 3 months) I've had to abandon promoting them for the time being at least.

My problem now is, I want to get up to the $5 per day mark or even the $10 per day mark would be nice but I'm unsure of what to try, where to go, what to do next.
One of the things I'm unsure of is where or who best to send my visitors to in terms of advertising. Maybe I got lucky with adult friend but I found they converted quite well and quite quickly. I've had 3 - 4 signups, lots of PPC hits and mobile redirects plus recurring membership revenue but when I divert that same traffic to other affiliates, they don't seem to convert that well. I would have expcted at least 1 out of 100 people that willingly click a banner to be tempted into a free sign up but none seem to be.

So really, what I'm after is advice with what to best do with my site now to move forward.
Should I try completely new affiliates and offers? Should I leave it the way it is, keep doing what I'm doing and hope driving more traffic improves the situation?
What would you do, try or change? What affiliates are converting well these days for people?

In terms of budget, I only have the money I make to re-invest so major ad campaigns are a no no right now. Also, I do pretty much everything by hand or using trial software where possible.

Focus on traffic. Not going to make a lot with only 200 visits a day from ad revenue. The scale your network, do traffic shares etc.

I dont have answer for your questions but I like to know do you use embed videos from porn sites? How many videos you have?

I made tube site and I have 20000 videos with unique titles, but I cant get any organic traffic. Does anyone know why?
