Hi bhw this is unrelated to IM but i still think there aresome clever cloggs here that can help me out

im from the uk if that helps

today i took my mum shopiingshe was in the supermarket while i waited in my car in the car park

then a man dressed as a woman was getting in to the car next to mine she bashed her door really hard several times.

i said to watch my f*cking door and he/she said basically fuck off i then got out my car to see if the had done any damage to my car and take the registration of there car

she then deliberately bumped into my car several times on purpose and was marking my bumber ect i moved to the front of her vehicle to get the registration

she then attempted to squash me between the two cars by running me over in between them i had to jump on to her bumper to stop me legs from been crushed

I still hadnt got her registration she then reversed and went to drive off fast

so i jumped into my car to go behind to get the reg before she got away
as she has a sports car and was ready to drive fast i had to try and make my little 1.2l fiesta catch this 2.5ti seat leon sports

so i floored it out of the parking space to catch up probably only got up to 20mph 20yards l8r she hit her brakes hard so i hit mine but it wasnt as good

    THEN BANG

i smashed into the back of her lovely sports car in my old fiesta :) (even though i was a bit happy i was still crazy mad with anger - remember this woman/man has deliberatly crashed into my vehicle and attempted to run me over)

so we both got out of the cars and was arguing it really took a lot for me not to knock the geezer out who was dressed as this woman.

any way she called the police so i thought great, she has just tried to kill me ffs.

i spoke to the officer on the phone told them the above story he said by law we need to swith insuarance details even tho ive told him this woman has attempted to run me over but he says just swap insuarances so i said fine

i did not have a pen or scrap bit of paper anywhere in my car (its allways clean) so she standing there and i said i havent got a pen or paper give me urs and ill write down my stuff she said "NO happily" and said your refusing to give me your insurance im going to the police and she walked off to her car

i then called the police because i wanted them to know she is refusing my insuarance details so i had my self covered and again i told them the above story and still no police said that they would question or arrest her over her attempted murder.

so i visit the police station to explain what has happened told them the above story in full detail.

guess what still none of them want to arrest this man/woman i get given a form that i need to fill out and show my licence and everything ect. basically a producer.

so now im at home ive gone through my paperwork only to find my driving licence with my previous address still. not my new address where my insuarance is and ive also lost my mot certificate. i have got an mot you can check online and its still valid for 3months but i havent got the certificate

anyway i thought id go to the supermarket where it all happened to ask if they would hold any cctv footage they have in that part of the car park to hang on to because then the police can collect them for evidence.

the manager says that the cameras in that part of the car part are fake dummies there not real so nothing was on camera.

    so now im like fuck

i have no proof she attempted to run me over :(
i have slight damage on my car on the side from where she hit it :)
i have admitted i crashed into the back of her car :(
not sure if my insuarance is valid for not updating licence :/

so now im thinking im fucked in a court of law (its what you can prove not what you know)

i think im gonnna lose this

which means with me been aged 21 in the uk they believe i will crash 4x in a year

my insuarance is stupidly expensive allready even though i have 3yrs no claims bonus which ill lose

so i wont be able to afford to drive which is a important part of my life as i also care for my disabled grandfather (thats why IM fits in lovely) who is pretty much housebound without me being able to take him out in the car.

i have been thinking of just going and reporting to the police that she attempted to run me over (i have her registration now) and not say nothing about the accident because when that is said they seem to just think im lying but im not

i think ive gone on a bit there but really need a rant aswell
    sorry

but hey any ideas on this because im feeling worried now becuase of not being able to drive

    1) should i report the attempted run-over
    2) what do i do about my licence
    3) think i have to pay £20 for new mot receipt
    4) am i fucked here
    5) what would you do

    edit--

sorry for punctuation was to angry lol

ps. i dont mean any offence calling this person a man/woman i do not know the legal term which doesnt offend people

so again im sorry if it offends you i really dont mean to

Hey sorry for the messed up situation. My advice is to just keep making more money online, and use that money to get a high class lawyer to whip the hair off that stupid fool! Lol. ;) Seriously though, keep with IM make around $10,000 a month and then hire a high class lawyer to sue her for all shes got.
    Much love.

Just call the cops and explain what happened. Is it really that hard to figure out?

Wow that was a bit of an essay to explain the situation.

People drive round in the UK without insurance all the time and nothing really happens to them, even when bumping into other drivers.

I wouldn't of gone to the police until you had sufficient evidence, because without it the UK police will do nothing other than possibly prosecute you for not having the correct documentation.

The worse you will get is a small fine and a few points on your license.

I'm not sure what to tell you, but when he/she attempted to crush your legs and you jumped on the bumper, did he/she hit the 3rd vehicle? I assume not, but this really would have been helpful evidence if a corroborating party could show proof of damage.

When he/she slammed on their brakes, did they leave tire tracks? Go back and take pictures, gather what you can to show entrapment/willful negligence. If you can do this, would give you leverage to file suit for damages, including future insurance premiums, mental/physical/emotional, etc.

    Good luck.

Get a concealed carry permit and a handgun to defend yourself in case something like this happens again.

Seriously though.. what you did wasn't good. there are such cons going around where they intentionally hit the car.. when the driver gets out of the car to check the damage(mostly with keys on), someone gets into the car and you keep thinking what just happened

To be honest, and no offense intended: You are fudged I think.

Check if there is paint in the damages she caused earlier. Not when you hit her.
To cause damages and not stop to take care of it is driving off after an accident. In my country you end up in court for that.

Other than that, you have met your match. The way "it" handled this situation tells me "it" has dealt with this before and knows darn well how things work.

Next time, try to remember (part of) the license plate and don't go after "it". You will only make things worse. "It" knew you would crash before "it" hit the brakes and you are lucky this is all that happened I think.

While most of the cams may be dummies, the ones at the entrance are not, with a partial license plate and a report of hit and run the police should know how to find "it".

Also, this is a shopping area so you know "it" is a local. They will be back.
If the law won't protect you, the karma rule steps in. Keying a car creates damages that can be restored but since it is paint, your local hardware store might be able to help you out.
Also, you know where "it" resides because the law requires "it" to release that information to you.

Next time, I would not ask someone to stop damaging my car. I wouldn't say a word but just get out, take my phone out and take a picture of her plate with my car next to it. Then you start talking about the damages someone may have caused.
People like "it" will not get as hard on you then as you know how to find them.
Also, should "it" try to run you over, the police sides with whoever files the complaint till proven otherwise. Remember this well. (or at least, this is how it works here)
Also, a hit and run with an attempt to kill complaint you will get "it" in a holding cell till things are sorted out...

But overall, you are fudged for now I think. :(
Sorry if this doesn't give you any ideas on how to solve this, an attorney might be a better choice for that.

Then get a handheld railgun, they are most likely not covered by the firearms law in the U.K,as its not a firearm. Firearms use an explosion of gas to propel a metal object, whereas a railgun uses magnetic force. Check up on the laws there just to be sure.

    It's UK and not USA!

If in the end, you really get as the one who lost pretty big out of this trip, I would take revenge an make her regret what she did.

    1. Get some of this fish, I think it was from sweden, who stinks like hell and put it in her exhauster. Her car would stink forever and she would have to simply put the car away to a dumping ground.

    2. Get her private telephone number and mobile phone number, and register at all online lottery, and contest CPAs you can find - She's going to get call's everyday from dozens of people ;)

    3. If you even find her credit card number (sent someone to take a look at her bin) you can purchase several high priced items online, s3x articles, and what not.

    ..rest is imagination.

But for me personally, revange is a veeery sweet thing ;)
It's also a fact, that revange stimulates some part of your brain (neurons), which is going to make you feel a lot better at the situation.

Else, forget about it and spent your time for something better.

Go to the police and explain the matter in full. Don't stop until they take action, it's their duty.

You really need that registration. That said there will be live cams on site. Possibly the entrance and definitley at the petrol station.

Going to exact revenge isn't an option unless you can her ID. Bare in mind if she was prepared to kill you, getting caught messing up her home is not an option. I can imagine how mad you are, but cool off.

To conclude: press the matter with police. Force them to follow it up. He/she is dangerous.
