Hey sorry for the messed up situation. My advice is to just keep making more money online, and use that money to get a high class lawyer to whip the hair off that stupid fool! Lol. Seriously though, keep with IM make around $10,000 a month and then hire a high class lawyer to sue her for all shes got.
i wish i could. maybe i should try looking at anything postive that can come out of this
more "MOTIVATION" to work harder and make more
Just call the cops and explain what happened. Is it really that hard to figure out?
ive tried it over the phone and when i went to the police station but they have just gave me a form to fill in
i live in uk all the police do here is paperwork
thats why im thinking should i report it as a seperate incident to try and get them to do a bit more than just paperwork
In the UK if you go into the back of anybody it is your fault. She'll get a couple of grand of ou and youll look like a sausage.
Wow that was a bit of an essay to explain the situation.
People drive round in the UK without insurance all the time and nothing really happens to them, even when bumping into other drivers.
I wouldn't of gone to the police until you had sufficient evidence, because without it the UK police will do nothing other than possibly prosecute you for not having the correct documentation.
The worse you will get is a small fine and a few points on your license.
I'm not sure what to tell you, but when he/she attempted to crush your legs and you jumped on the bumper, did he/she hit the 3rd vehicle? I assume not, but this really would have been helpful evidence if a corroborating party could show proof of damage.
When he/she slammed on their brakes, did they leave tire tracks? Go back and take pictures, gather what you can to show entrapment/willful negligence. If you can do this, would give you leverage to file suit for damages, including future insurance premiums, mental/physical/emotional, etc.
when she did try to run me over she did hit my vehicle and i do have damage in the bumper from this
i looked at the time there were no tire tracks
most of supermarkets car parks , if I`m not wrong all of them have security cameras don't worry just get the videos from the security cameras and go with them at police , lol ) she/he really hit your car while you are waiting your mom ?
crazy world lol
Get a concealed carry permit and a handgun to defend yourself in case something like this happens again.
Close your browser, visit a lawyer.
i checked there is no cameras i spoke to store manager she said no double checked with security and they confirmed no footage in that part of the car park
yeh i have damage to prove it everything i said is the truth
not aloud guns in uk
next time, run to your mum
Seriously though.. what you did wasn't good. there are such cons going around where they intentionally hit the car.. when the driver gets out of the car to check the damage(mostly with keys on), someone gets into the car and you keep thinking what just happened
To be honest, and no offense intended: You are fudged I think.
Check if there is paint in the damages she caused earlier. Not when you hit her.
To cause damages and not stop to take care of it is driving off after an accident. In my country you end up in court for that.
Other than that, you have met your match. The way "it" handled this situation tells me "it" has dealt with this before and knows darn well how things work.
Next time, try to remember (part of) the license plate and don't go after "it". You will only make things worse. "It" knew you would crash before "it" hit the brakes and you are lucky this is all that happened I think.
While most of the cams may be dummies, the ones at the entrance are not, with a partial license plate and a report of hit and run the police should know how to find "it".
Also, this is a shopping area so you know "it" is a local. They will be back.
If the law won't protect you, the karma rule steps in. Keying a car creates damages that can be restored but since it is paint, your local hardware store might be able to help you out.
Also, you know where "it" resides because the law requires "it" to release that information to you.
Next time, I would not ask someone to stop damaging my car. I wouldn't say a word but just get out, take my phone out and take a picture of her plate with my car next to it. Then you start talking about the damages someone may have caused.
People like "it" will not get as hard on you then as you know how to find them.
Also, should "it" try to run you over, the police sides with whoever files the complaint till proven otherwise. Remember this well. (or at least, this is how it works here)
Also, a hit and run with an attempt to kill complaint you will get "it" in a holding cell till things are sorted out...
But overall, you are fudged for now I think.
Sorry if this doesn't give you any ideas on how to solve this, an attorney might be a better choice for that.
Then get a handheld railgun, they are most likely not covered by the firearms law in the U.K,as its not a firearm. Firearms use an explosion of gas to propel a metal object, whereas a railgun uses magnetic force. Check up on the laws there just to be sure.
It's UK and not USA!
If in the end, you really get as the one who lost pretty big out of this trip, I would take revenge an make her regret what she did.
1. Get some of this fish, I think it was from sweden, who stinks like hell and put it in her exhauster. Her car would stink forever and she would have to simply put the car away to a dumping ground.
2. Get her private telephone number and mobile phone number, and register at all online lottery, and contest CPAs you can find - She's going to get call's everyday from dozens of people
3. If you even find her credit card number (sent someone to take a look at her bin) you can purchase several high priced items online, s3x articles, and what not.
..rest is imagination.
But for me personally, revange is a veeery sweet thing
It's also a fact, that revange stimulates some part of your brain (neurons), which is going to make you feel a lot better at the situation.
Else, forget about it and spent your time for something better.
Go to the police and explain the matter in full. Don't stop until they take action, it's their duty.
You really need that registration. That said there will be live cams on site. Possibly the entrance and definitley at the petrol station.
Going to exact revenge isn't an option unless you can her ID. Bare in mind if she was prepared to kill you, getting caught messing up her home is not an option. I can imagine how mad you are, but cool off.
To conclude: press the matter with police. Force them to follow it up. He/she is dangerous.
I have no clue what to say about this.
