Hello, I started to get up from bed at 5:30 A.M. sometimes earlier but no late than 5:45 A.M. my goal is to make a habit soon. My bed time is 9:30 P.M. and I fall asleep with no problem. I have breakfast, shower, be ready for work from 6:30 to 7:20, by 7:25 I'm getting inside the car. I'm not taking advantage of my extra time, I wish I could start working on a method for at least 1 hour every morning instead of just reading forums. This would be 7 productive hours per week (including weekends). Any ideas?
