So I have this one client who I know for a fact its a fantastic professional, I mean top tier, and has 69 reviews on google, 66 of them 5 stars out of 5, but 3 in the last week with only 1 star. The 66 excellent reviews are by real clients, I never had any hand on this, but the three bad ones seem fake. He tried to contact google to ask them to remove them since 2 of them are made by people who he's never met, and who also have under their profiles like 1 or 2 reviews in total with those accounts, but google told him none of the 3 reviews break google terms of service and they won't remove them.
I know for a fact, at least 2 of those 3 reviews are made by a competitor, and the biggest worry is the 1 star reviews have been in this last week as part of a campaign by competitors thats likely to escalate and therefore eventually ruin my client's reputation.
What can I do? He's a lovely person who really worries about his patients, he deserves better, but honestly I dont know what else to do. He aims for excellence so 4.7 or 4.8 out of 5 its not good enough for him, as it shouldnt because the actual patients hes treated all have given him 5 stars
