So I have this one client who I know for a fact its a fantastic professional, I mean top tier, and has 69 reviews on google, 66 of them 5 stars out of 5, but 3 in the last week with only 1 star. The 66 excellent reviews are by real clients, I never had any hand on this, but the three bad ones seem fake. He tried to contact google to ask them to remove them since 2 of them are made by people who he's never met, and who also have under their profiles like 1 or 2 reviews in total with those accounts, but google told him none of the 3 reviews break google terms of service and they won't remove them.

I know for a fact, at least 2 of those 3 reviews are made by a competitor, and the biggest worry is the 1 star reviews have been in this last week as part of a campaign by competitors thats likely to escalate and therefore eventually ruin my client's reputation.

What can I do? He's a lovely person who really worries about his patients, he deserves better, but honestly I dont know what else to do. He aims for excellence so 4.7 or 4.8 out of 5 its not good enough for him, as it shouldnt because the actual patients hes treated all have given him 5 stars

that's not so bad :anyway:
if he's not happy with that he can always buy review.
Or wait until other client give him real review

Can he add a reply to those reviews?

If they seem fake he could reply with something like "Reported as fake".

Even legit negative reviews should get a reply so people see the business's side and see it is an engaged and responsive business.

He has replied very politely to all three, even gave her money back to one of the reviewers despite not really being responsible for the bad experience, yet none changed or deleted their reviews.

He even reported one as fake with no response from google.

Do you think if I ask several people to flag one of the reviews, google will delete it? its the only course of action I can see.

Try, if you have enough person to report the review.

Get an expert, i know a few who were able to get some google reviews deleted. Its not easy, there's a process you have to go through, but its possible.

*Flag a bad Google review

  1. Open Google Maps and go to your business location.
  2. Find the bad reviews on your Business page
  3. Click the three dots in the top right corner of the bad review and select “Flag as inappropriate”
  4. Fill out the ‘Report a Policy Violation’ form and submit
  • If Google will not remove the bad review, you should respond to the negative review and Contact Google Small Business Support

It is a pay service my bro. He can pay some $ to remove that reviews.

Add couple of 4 and 5 star reviews that will stick. It will recover from the bad reviews for sure.

in my opinion this is realy bad but it have just one way also need to be taken fake reviews if you want to run your business profitable
