I don't know about you guys but I've been having trouble sleeping for years now. I usually go to sleep around 4-5 am everyday and wake up around 10am usually. I feel like I don't get enough sleep, but no matter what I do, I just can't fall asleep. I've tried doing all nighters many time so I can fall asleep the next day earlier, but it never works. I've tried going to bed earlier like around 10pm, but I can never fall asleep until 4am. SO when do you guys usually sleep and are their any methods,rituals or tips you guys have that makes it easier to fall asleep?
