    Hey all

I am currently making a tiered link structure. There are many link types (engines) and I dont know all of them.

    I know these:
web 2.0 - mainly do-follow passing relevant link power. most important
social bookmarking - mainly nofollow, speeding up the indexing and a signal of trust
social profiles - signal of trust, not sure what else

Thats what ive learned till now. However what these do?
    wiki
article directory (like a single web 2.0 article without blog/profile that contain more of articles)
    forum profiles
    press
    google place
pdf (usually programs im using fail on inserting a link in PDF so cant tell if its important)

I really really want to know what links can/should I skip and which i shouldnt. :)

IMO, high quality, relevant guest posts are some of the most powerful links right now. If you can get guest post links from highly relevant, authority sites that can be very good.

Relevance and authority are what really matter. And the link needs to be contextual.

Web 2.0s can be good - but you will need to create several articles on each property and interlink them.

Article directories? I do not know what exactly you mean ... but if you referring to ezinearticles.com and the like, those are not very good sources of links anymore.

Yeah i mean these sites like ezine where you can put an article and thats it. They are spammed to hell i guess.

Unfortunetly i cant afford blog posts because i do CPA. What i am left with is blackhat and therefore im doing tiered link building. Just was curious what links should i include and what i shouldnt.
