I trust you've spoken to the 9 networks that rejected your application on the phone?

If so then surely they gave you at least some sort of an indication as to the reasons why they don't want you as their affiliate.

Promotional method would tell if you really "do and earn" with your method or just writing it up for the sake of getting aff account.
IF you are a real deal, you only need to write a few short sentences
e.g. I do xxxxx method etc etc etc.
    Lie and you'll get caught red-handed :p

If you are newbie or prefer to keep your previous work record private,
just tell them that you are new to this industry and looking for a new career/adventure/enlightment etc

The way i do it, I treat my CPA application as I'm applying for a new job.
No abbreviation, no bro-stuff, no 4 letter word.
Be professional, be respectful and be polite.

    PS:
I only gone thro 2 phone interview with Nb and ACP. Others, just a simple email reply :)

Now a days most of the Cpanetworks want earnings proof in order to get you accepted. Network like Adsimilis, ploose, socityinvite requires these thing.

    Oh, Neverblue as well.

I write : I will use organic search traffic, and social network referral traffic, and also I will provide incentive to the visitors such as free stuff, if need I will use CPC campaign also

    Am I wrong ???

Here is a simple method to get accepted. Apply for a CPA network and then contact any one of the A.Ms of that CPA network. They will approve you instantly if you even have a very little experience.

This sounds dodgy at best. Plus - mentioning incentives will automatically disqualify you from most networks.

Your location may also play an important role here. An unprofessionally written explanation of your traffic channels combined with you being from a country where a lot of fraud originates from (if that's the case) is a surefire way of getting your applications rejected without the network even calling you.

Yeah, a lot of CPA Networks don't like 'incentives'

From your traffic source description, you are really not looking professional nor a confident newbie who really knows where he will start.

Contact with their AM. They might accept you. But at first they would not accept freshers.
