What taxes I need to pay in Romania?

    Hi all,

    This is a thread in special for guys from Romania! I need to know what taxes and where I need to pay for the money from internet marketing (from internet generally)! I see guys that pay and anothers not, but the best is to pay all of them for inner peace!

    /e: if you work with affiliate companies, and lets say they are in the US, you can sign a form so you dont pay taxes in the US; however, you will need to pay taxes as a self employed person in your country.

    I'm not Romanian, but this may help you as I imagine it's pretty universal.

    Register your own business as: UriXipil Internet Services.

    Keep on top of the cash flow and accounts as you would any other business.

    Don't forget to claim for expenses such as the cost of electricity, your heating bill, computer etc.

    Bingo. You're legit, unlike the vast ocean of people on here who aren't.

    Thanks guys! But I need to know from someone from Romania who actually pay the taxes and he/she know very well what are and where needs to be payed!

    I only cashed in once from Amazon, and paid no tax for the money. On romanian affiliate market I got money from emag, and they give you 24% less if you are registered as an individual (PF). If you want to pay taxes you declare all of your taxable income every year at some institution called taxe si impozite, but I might be wrong. That`s all I can tell you from my experience.
