I've recently fallen in love with automating social networking. Now I'm searching for new ways to make life easier. What other things do you automate to lessen your workload?

I like having filtered data to know who I can contact manually to grow my network and chat with some interesting persons that might open some doors in the future. :)

Out of curiosity, how do you automate social networking?

As of today, I am not automating anything but I am looking to do so.

    Thanks in advance.

Edit : I do use tools such as Hootsuite, Jetpack WP plugin to "autopot" on Social medias but I am looking for better solutions. :)

Maybe he meant using bots like FollowLiker and Massplanner for Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.

If not, please let us know! Would love to automate a lot of things social networking related as well.

I am automating the analysis of donor sites for backlinks. It is the only task to be automated.

I meant with bots and iMacros. The following and unfollowing is done now for me. I can spend my time working on content creation instead of getting followers.

pretty much everything which is a repetitive task in a browser and i can automate with imacros

    HTML:
    aol login, email verifier
    article spinner
bulk A record changer, bulk domain forwarder
    chaturbate whitelabel maker, performer follower
    fourchan poster
    gmail filter/label maker
    google translate from text file
    ifttt recipe maker, deleter
    instagram data extractor
    line randomization
    mail.ru login, email verifier
    manageflitter unfollower
    pinterest unfollower
    socialoomph bulk scheduler
tagged acc creator, verifier, active account checker
    tmz poster
    tumblr profile updater
    twitter profile updater
    twitter re-verifier
    url redirect checker
    vfemail login, email verifier
    whois extractor
xvideos account register, profile editor, pending friend request approval
some of these include integrated (private) proxy support and captcha solving, some of these can be integrated into each other, so even more complicated processes can be automated with imacros that way

for instance not too long ago i made use of ifttt, i created gmail to twitter and twitter to tumblr recipes
whenever i get an email to gmail under a specific label, it triggers a gmail to twitter recipe and an image post is being made on twitter, which triggers a twitter to tumblr recipe and an image post is being made on tumblr too, but just in case, if the twitter post contained a specific hashtag
this way, if you wish, you can build a truly autopilot twitter and tumblr empire, i don't do anything else with these accounts, just posting and they gain followers naturally

this fairly complicated task, the whole chain starting from updating the twitter and tumblr profiles, through creating labels/filters in gmail, creating the ifttt recipes, posting on twitter, to the last element of the chain, the tumblr post, the whole shebang is automated with imacros and ifttt

but i also made rss to twitter recipes on ifttt, so my gmail source can be switched to rss easily :)

the only thing which bugs me about ifttt, that you can only link 1 twitter account, 1 tumblr account and 1 from everything, so no multiacc support, but you can make multiple ifttt accs, there's no limit in that, which also can be automated with imacros btw lol
