Usually I take Vit D, Zinc and that's it. Protein needs are sufficient from my diet so I don't prefer protein shakes. Any recommended supplements I should add or you guys take which helps with focus and daily work?

I thought BCAA was a waste of money, I would rather prefer full amino profiles maybe EAAs instead.

It's a myth, I use it and never had any hairfall.

Second time I’ve plugged one of his videos in here (@Alexion would be proud) but I’m about to try his focus stack (not all at once of course).

TLDR ; L-tyrosine, Alpha GPC.

Consult your physician though if you’re having trouble focusing and considering taking supplements.

exactly

To the OP:
I take creatine monohydrate (better physical performance), whey protein (muscle recovery/growth), and sometimes pre-workout (extra energy when I need it)

Now thinking of adding multivitamins, coral calcium and zinc.

Adderall helps. Not much of a supplement though, more like legally prescribed crack.

Jokes aside though supplements are a scam. Unless you're deficient in something specific, literally all you need is a halfway decent multivitamin and omega 3 fish oil for your heart.

I think multivitamins are the biggest scam, You don't actually need them. Just having a blood checkup and seeing which vitamins are we deficient in and taking that specific vitamin via food or supplement is the key.

Omega 3 is a good option, I am going to add it.

Vit C ( divided up throughout the day) ,vit D ( a reasonable dose) as I spend some time in the sun :) magnesium, n-acetyl-cysteine (powerful anti-oxidant), apple cider vinegar ( capsule form) to aid in the digestion of the vast amounts of food I consume!

Yeah man I was going to add you really don't even need a multivitamin. They're still good though if you don't have a very diverse diet, plus your body can filter out whatever it doesn't need (you can't overdose on vitamins for the most part). The omega 3 is crucial though.

And lay off the Zinc. Too much can cause copper deficiency and humans have evolved to absorb zinc from natural food consumption, not supplementation. Personally the only time I take Zinc is when I wanna spice up my sex life. Not even trying to sound funny but that shit will make you shoot loads of fire and fury.
