Usually I take Vit D, Zinc and that's it. Protein needs are sufficient from my diet so I don't prefer protein shakes. Any recommended supplements I should add or you guys take which helps with focus and daily work?
I thought BCAA was a waste of money, I would rather prefer full amino profiles maybe EAAs instead.i was using bcaa and works pretty well.

I think multivitamins are the biggest scam, You don't actually need them. Just having a blood checkup and seeing which vitamins are we deficient in and taking that specific vitamin via food or supplement is the key.Jokes aside though supplements are a scam. Unless you're deficient in something specific, literally all you need is a halfway decent multivitamin and omega 3 fish oil for your heart.
Pre-workouts do contain L-Tyrosine, I have to try this!TLDR ; L-tyrosine, Alpha GPC.
Yeah man I was going to add you really don't even need a multivitamin. They're still good though if you don't have a very diverse diet, plus your body can filter out whatever it doesn't need (you can't overdose on vitamins for the most part). The omega 3 is crucial though.I think multivitamins are the biggest scam, You don't actually need them. Omega 3 is a good option, I am going to add it.
