Big boy. What are you like 195lbs right now?Sure, why not. I am lean bulking on 4100 calories a day at the moment, and they're easy calories with good nutrients through a smoothie or greek yoghurt.
Only 202 which I just cut down to from about 215. Gyms are opening on Tuesday again (only outside, not inside) after a 3 months lockdown, so I'm going to lean bulk up again while finally being able to squat again.Big boy. What are you like 195lbs right now?
