Big boy. What are you like 195lbs right now?
Only 202 which I just cut down to from about 215. Gyms are opening on Tuesday again (only outside, not inside) after a 3 months lockdown, so I'm going to lean bulk up again while finally being able to squat again. :cool:

Yeah I can’t imagine living somewhere without gym right now. We’ve been open for a bit now. I’ll pray for your legs:p

To add to this thread. Too many people skip legs, but it’s one of the best ways to get big and increase hormones. Deadlift and squats build you into a monster.
Yep, that's the trick, especially for tall people like me (6'6)
