Really interesting mix of therapies man. What's bioenergetics?
It’s mind body connection. Somewhat similar to TRE (Trauma release).

Your body is linked to your mind, we know this. The way you carry yourself around the day influences your hormones and chemicals.

I like this guy’s routine, it’s basically a mixture of different exercises. The only thing different is “The Bow”, you should do with hands in the air and bending back, like a bow Instead of what he does.

Awesome mate, cheers. Will take a look. Used to Watch Elliot Hulse a while back and really like that guy's mindset.

Fish oil + garlic pill before meal(to reduce cholesterol, adhd, increase immune and increase memory).

Sometimes at night either magnesium or l-theanine or Aswagandha or (vit D + calcium + zinc + magnesium)
