Was curious.
Im taking fish oil, bcaa and creatine (started recently with the creatine wanted some more muscle even tho im pretty built) and ofc protein powders...

What are you taking and do you feel any improvement, like physically? I was thinking about taking multi-vitamins as well but heard from a few friends of mine that are in the medical field that they are not effective at all...

Glucosamine chondroitine whenever I have joint issues, but they have been gone for a long time now

Next to that, I consume about 50 grams of flaxseed daily through smoothies - it has incredible nutrients.

do you feel any improvement in your joints with the magnesium? i get some elbow pain after heavy lifting days, thinking of starting to take it

I've been taking magnesium for over 6 months now, and I have a lot less issues than before. Now this could be placebo or just luck, but I am paying about 20 euro's for 300 days worth of magnesium, so I'll just keep taking it.

No problem, I can highly recommend Jeremy Ethier on these kinds of injury-subjects. His video's helped my alot on my shoulder, knee and APT.

Fish oil, glucosamine (for joints, since I'm a runner), Vitamin B12 complex (for energy, and DNA synthesis), Co-enzyme Q10 (for heart's health), and alfalfa (for liver detox and cholesterol regulation).

Unrelated to supplements but I also eat 3-4 eggs every day for its biotin (for hair, skin, and nails), and protein (kinda on keto diet low carb diet). Lots of fruits, veggies, and green tea.

Training Supps (not taking every day.. only about 3 times a week right now):

- Protein (Whey and Casein)
- BCAAs

- Beta Alanine
- L-Carnitine

- Anabolic Matrix

Have been travelling a lot in the last two weeks (mostly to get the hormones) and so only just getting settled enough now to get back into the swing of workouts in any kind of serious way but aiming to be at 6 /wk within the coming few weeks.

Yeah that's right.

For example, taking 8 - 15IU of HGH each day is what a majority of bodybuilders that use it go for. It's superhuman levels of HGH in your system and therefore does superhuman things.

I'm taking 2 - 3IU of HGH every day. It doesn't have anywhere near the same impact physically, but it has a huge number of benefits that don't relate to physique like much higher energy levels (mentally and physically), better stamina/endurance, better mood and emotional state, repairs your organs including your skin, nails and hair, but also internal organs, provides better, deeper and more restorative sleep, and assists in helping your body to complete the functions it does while you're asleep in a better way (including the formation of memories from the day).

I might increase up to 4-5IU, but have no interest in going more than that at all. Also the cost of more than that starts to get really hectic (cost of 2IU a day can be anywhere from $40 - $100 per day depending on the source).

The testosterone is to move my levels to the highest point within the normal range for a man in their early 20's (I'm mid 30's). The Hcg is so my balls don't turn into peanuts :)

They'll all have an impact on workouts, strength etc, but that's not the primary reason for taking them at all and the impact isn't going to be even in the same universe as a juiced up bodybuilder.

You're wasting money here. Check Impact Whey from MyProtein. It's the exact same stuff, but less than two times the price.
I get 5kg for about $70 there.

I used to take Spirulina and Chlorella, but noticed no benefits. I'm now only taking vitamin D.

I stopped taking anything except magnesium oil, but other types of things

ice baths daily
Semen retention
Nasal breathing and mouth taping / frolov
Lots of sunlight. Sun my balls.
Bioenergetics in AM to release tension in body.
(Working In getting sauna)
And ofc lifting and cardio

stopped supplements as I just get everything in diet from food and daily micronutrient shakes.
