What Steps to Take to Rank YouTube Videos ?

I have some youtube videos that i’m looking to post, vlog style with memes and also music videos all posted to the same channel. the posting frequency is consistently monday’s and thursdays and once a month for the music videos. So roughly 8-10 video posts per month. My main goal is to bump likes and subscribes to increase viewership for the videos.

I’m planning to do some backlinking and finding keywords to rank the videos higher in low to medium competition keywords to gain some organic views.

What would be the best way to grow this youtube channel using various BHW methods? I’m not interested in fake views as I don’t want strikes on my account and don’t want the chance to be demonetized once that becomes an option.

Also, if you there is an all inclusive SEO company for these services that would be great if someone is willing to point me in the right direction ?
