I have just a few stupid personal blogs, and a number of autoblogs and video blogs. I know that they are not suitable for getting into affiliate networks. I never promote any products on my websites, all run on adsense, and the affiliate people don't understand that and never approve me cos my sites suck and though I explain to them that I am not going to be promoting products on my sites and it will be through email marketing and other stuff.

What sort of site should I go about making to get accepted? I tried to make some fake company websites and they didn't work very well either. Must be because I didn't know what sort of content I should be putting in them. No time to think and work on that.

    1. What sort of site do I need? Should it be a site that looks like it is promoting products? Or just a plain company website? Does the whois matter?
    2. Can I use the same site to signup to different programs?

    Thanks in advance

You should be able to do it without a site. Just give them a call after applying to better your chances. Say your gonna promote using PPC. Read the stickies here to help

i use a very simple site that talks about different types of insurance that is offered. it's like 7 pages all together or something stupid. agree with previous post tho, if you tell them you utilize things like email marketing, ppc, and media buys, and just call them during their business hours after you apply, most likely you will get approved :)
    good luck to you :D
