As above question. What software will be good to target Yahoo Group and google group?

I use outlook express to post to google groups. Beware though, many people see it as spamming and will filter your posts.

I've had issues with posting from new Google accounts (web interface) being unable to post for some reason, I think it's an ip thing.

To automate this? I'm not sure. Maybe copy & paste, outlook lets you post to multiple groups at one time.
