My landlord wants a site setup something like http://www.purplehearts.net that he can add his own images, and image descriptions. What would be an easy software for someone who's not web savvy, (him), and what would you charge to set it up?
p.s., He's loaded, so I don't think money's a big deal, but I don't wanna rip him off.
