Well you read the title. In your own opinion what social networking site converts the best for you in respect to paid offers (amazon/clickbank/stuff like that)

Of course this depends on niche and what not. but im curious as to what everyone has to say. Lets hear it.

Out of those if you have a lot of followers, Facebook hands down. This is because people tend to use Facebook on the computer more often than their phone, and people are more likely to buy things on their computer than a mobile device. Instagram won't yield much to any results for that type of money making as they don't support clickable links in pictures, unless you can drive your traffic to a website. Twitter works best with affiliate links I believe. And I'm not sure about MySpace and Pintrrst.

You are asking the wrong question. Its all down to finding the right offer for your traffic source. So you either first find a way to get traffic from said network, then find the best performing offer for that traffic. Or you find an offer that converts like a motherfucker and then find a way to drive traffic to that offer from a network with the most suitable demographics.

Spamming social networks for clickbank products that require a sale is always going to suck ass. Clickbank stuff generally does better with SEO traffic, where users are already somewhat geared for buying. Of course there are some clickbank offers that will do well from social network traffic.

Honestly, you might be better off trying some 1st page email submit offers that convert at $1-2 each, as there is less commitment required from the user which means less trust is required for the user to engage with your landing page.

Most people these days approach offers with caution, if they get the slightest scent that they have to pay something, they will bolt 99% of the time. But if its just a case of submitting their email address to get some free "stuff" then they will be less hesitant.

Think about how you initially engage your users, if your sending out unsolicited messages, there is zero trust between you. Asking they to part with cash is a pretty big ask. If they went to Google and found your site through a search, they will take your Google position as a mark of trust and be more inclined to buy a clickbank product.

So, if your going down the unsolicited message route, you want an offer that has zero obligations for the user and still converts for the publisher. Email submits for freebies work well for this.

I assume your promoting that sexintheuk (or similar) offer. Where horny guys sign up to a dating network that claims to have "whores in your area" by the thousand. This kind of stuff does ok on facebook if your profiles look legit, as long as its a free signup then the guys have nothing to lose.

Twitter is mostly mobile traffic, if you can optimize your landers for mobile browsers then you can improve your CTR.

its how you use them that counts, for me personally Facebook is doing well believe it or not.

Remember you should never assume till you continuously test and analyse your data - keep going at it and figure out what works best for your business.

    Good luck!

that whole thing about facebook is that you have to get the following before you can actually market anything. or have any of you tried targeting people based on interests and sending direct messages?

In general, paid offers convert well with FB if you know what you're doing.

I am not staying twitter is the best but I have had some great success. I think the feature of a "retweet" can be great way to target your follower's followers!

I will have to say Facebook. It's the most diverse and easiest to target your audience without a doubt by using ads and pages.
