I have a smidgen of various skills, php, html, css etc. I can install Wordpress, BANS, and a heap of other scripts, I can ftp, I can do meta refeshes, I can fiddle with the .htaccess. I can make torrent files, I can do all sorts of things.

But what skills are the most important for blackhatters? What BH skills do you have that you consider the most important?

Your current technical skills are great, and to be honest, if I could have half of those skills I would be over the moon. However, if you take a deeper look around......having good programming skills or technical skills will give you a better head start in some ways. But at the same time, there are many people who have worse than mediocre technical or IT skills but make tons of money using BH. Why? It is because of the ability to think out of the box. Being creative and have the willingness to "try anything" - not being afraid that it may fail. A wise person once told me before that 90% of people that have bought a money making course/ebook will not make any money because they would not take any action. The other 9% will take action but follow the instructions rigidly which will saturate the market and only make them probably much less than they were promised. That leaves only an estimated 1% who took action but did more than that - they tweaked, tested and kept trying and came out with their own method that made great $$$$.

I'm working very very hard right now to bulk up the one skill I think is most important to me, and a lot of others probably.

Not talking myself out of trying things.

My biggest problem is the classic "paralysis by analysis."

If I think about things too much, they just turn into a giant mass of reasons NOT to do certain things. It's not ability, it's not desire, it's not morality, I just get overwhelmed with all the shit I have to do to accomplish what is in reality a simple task.

So my most important skill at the moment is honest self-judgement.

I KNOW this is what's holding me back. So I'm working to correct it.

The more important question for you is:

What's keeping you (if anything) from using the skills you already have?

Whatever the answer to that question is, "getting rid of hinrance_01" should be the very next skill you develop.

I believe another important thing to achieve a GOAL is to break it down into smaller steps which lead to the end Goal/result desired.

I was mainly referring to technical skills when I asked the question, I use all the above mentioned skills to make money, in fact I learnt many of my skills especialy to black hat :)~~~

I've always thought that if you want something bad enough, you would learn the skills to achieve that goal. Thought without action is a waste of time.

Perhaps I should rephrase the question:

As a blackhatter, what technical skill has earnt you the most money?
