What should I look for when starting a warez website.

I am planning to start an adult porn (ripped dvd) download website. What are the things I should look for? Can I promote the website publicly and get it indexed? Or should I just market through means which will not get me indexed? Also, what are the legal things I should look for, Which hosting is best (ecatel) ? Will I be legally safe? Chances of getting sued? Planning to use paypal linked to a normal membership site whose username / pass can also be used for this adult website (any problems with regards to this?). How should I manage DMCA complaints? And yea, Just provide me your general ideas with regards to this too. Thanks in advance.

If you host outside US, DCMA does not work. Problem is that almost all hosting companies will remove your site if you have direct links (that means if your content is hosted on their computers). Regarding hosting, I can also recommend leaseweb.
You cannot use pp with adult hosting, or your acc will be banned. If you are in US, try some of adult hosting payment gateways. However, this is too much hassle for my opinion, so I would suggest you return your money via ads or CPA.
Content can be easily obtained via torrents, just aim for 600+ MB ones.
