What should I know before I start lead generation agency?

Hi,

I want to start a lead generation agency for cold calling.

I have some people that can call around 10 people.

But I want to know if I find some different companies should I find myself phone numbers to call them or they will give me phone numbers that I should call?

If i need to find their customers and to call them where can I find (buy) phone numbers for different niches.

What you're referring to is closer to a telesales agency, to answer your question:

1) If they provide you with phone numbers (leads) to call then you're specialty is telesales
2) If you generate & close the leads for the clients then you're a lead gen agency/telesales hybrid.

My advice is start with one, then increase your confidence with lead gen after. Both are distinct skill sets.
