I have a domain name that's nice, and its in the legal/law niche.

Without giving the name away it basically describes good lawyers.

Any ideas what to do with this site and how to best monetize it?

I have some ideas like an authority site in the legal niche that will be a lawyer/attorney review type site. Maybe selling leads to lawyers in those cities?

Any help would be grateful as i would like to brain storm a few ideas!

It's an Algo, of course it can be gamed.

It's a tough niche to get and stay ranked but can be a money maker if you can rank that niche as typically that niche pays very well with adsense and although I don't have a "law" site, I did do a churn and burn a few months back with a legal term and it paid real well.

I would certainly be looking there to monetize it as opposed to sell leads. I got some incredible $ per click from that site and think I was a little short sighted in just doing a C/B as opposed to your idea of a long term project.

For my original idea i would have to rank for local search terms, which i presume is harder for my site than a site that aged, is devoted to that one city an probably has powerful backlinks from big citation sites.

By "monetize it as opposed to sell leads", do you mean Adsense ads? That was my original idea but there are affiliates for accident claims and other cpa type offers.

Legal is probably one of the highest paying ads around. If you get decent traffic then adsense could be a money maker.

If I was to drive social traffic to this site, will the clicks be worth the same value?
