What should I do when I encounter complex category designs?

I am currently building a B2B website, but I am encountering a lot of overlap during the categorization process and am unsure how to handle it. If there are any professionals who can assist, please contact me.

Use chatgpt to categorize and sub categorize. AI is pretty good ar categorizing. Once you get hang of it move to claude opus which is much stronger then chatgpt.

Category overlap is pretty common in B2B websites. Instead of forcing every item into a single category, focus on the user's search intent, use clear primary categories, and rely on tags, filters, or cross linking for items that fit multiple areas. A simple information architecture review can save a lot of headaches later.
