I have a business where I sell paintings via auction houses & eBay and making about 1000 -2000 $ per month.
But since 2 years I started my little digital agency for restaurants. Which made me about 500 $ per month for 2 years and then my client went off ..

I spend soo much energy learning sales skills, door to door etc. Watched hours of courses.
Right now in 2021: I have 2 Realtor Clients whom I could not deliver the results because they didn't last longer then 1 month.

And most of the time is going to strategy calls or sending cold outreach following up,
I also had some strategy calls with galleries because I am trying to try this niche out, but duo to lack of results and case studies, I couldn't close yet. But I am currently workin on it.

My question to you : What should I do ? Should I only focus on one business, as it should be ? Because the art business is not taking much time.
But the art business needs capital and I invested soo much time in figuring out which cold emails are getting attention in English that's why I want to get English clients as well and german ones too since I live in Austria but it makes my life much harder that way.
What would you do if you look back at your life ? What I am missing ? Or what can I improve ?

The art business is making you $2,000 a month, you have already invested in it, right? So financially do you have to invest more or is the $2,000 per month is a net profit? If you are not spending much time on it, then why close a door that brings you some money?
For digital marketing: there will always be so much competitions and the unknown, it brings you $500 a month or so but is this net profit?
I don’t get why people talk about the $$ they get without mentioning the net profit! For example: if the art business expenses are $2,500 a month and you are losing $500 or getting even or may be making $1000 after expenses, taxes ( don’t forget the taxes), then it’s alright, leave it be, why close it? If it’s profitable and if it paying some bills, do not close it before you are 1000% sure that the other business is STABLE FOR AT LEAST 3 years and making you awesome money.
Focus on the two, this is an opinion from someone that works with start ups and business development & growth.

Do not close a source of income before you are 1000% sure that the other source is waaay more better:
