I second all of this, but the only thing I would add is.. SLEEP! So many people dont make sleep a priority, and its probably the single most important thing you can do to improve your mental and physical health. You should be getting at least 8 hours of quality sleep every night. Emphasis on the word quality.

Think you will never earn in future too much, so what will you do? suicide? No still you have to beer this life, time is going and we are moving towards death. Every second someone is dying, you, me still alive is not not miracle? Take breath and think how valuable this moment. Do not allow it to be wasted. Enjoy it. Stop make excuse that if you have bla , bla, bla you will be happy, you will never be happy this way. Lots of people do not earn $15/day still they are happy. Money is never be parameters of happiness, if you are not well organized getting mony will make your life more painful Just stop excuse, accept your reality you will be happy then do whatever you like to do with IM etc. Thank you

Saving your money is a good place to start. After you have gotten a decent savings you can look into investment methods :)

$15 per day actually isn't that bad but I see where you're coming from because you were making $200 per day and that is a big difference.

Hey buddy. Stay strong. The most important thing is to make sure you are ok. Take care of your mental health and then come back with a clear mind on how to tackle your finances. Can your reduce your expenses? Can you live at home with family to relieve some stress?

Give yourself time and then you will be in a clear mindset.

Wow guys. thank you so much for all your answers. As I said, I knew there were a lot of people empathizing on this forum, but not that much... I didn't read the forum a couple hours and I got a lot of answers (and even DM, i will answer them). Thanks to all of you.

I have to admit though, I'm drunk. I am not looking for excuses, I failed. Well, not the first time.

    (Btw, sorry for my english.)

I did man, I really did. I actually invest in my mental health. But it's expensive. Still, I disagree with your opinion on affiliate website, I think it's way less versatile ! Anyway, thanks for your post.

I feel you man, let's forget depression for a moment... people usually think "woo, if I had 10K/mo, i would be rich, since i have 2k now" but yet, we quickly "adapt" to our revenues, buying useless things as you said. I did it, you did it, and a lot of people have and will do it.

Yeah I think that too. But 6 months is scaring me, somehow... maybe because I feel old.
Is it too much to ask for good guides ? Thanks you for your answer, dude, I appreciate.

This is actually something I thought about but... I'd somehow feel bad about it. And, to be honest, I want to make money fast. I'm feeling disgusted by myself feeling that... but it's true, I need money. And I'm not sure doing that would be good to start. But I thought about that. And I don't want to for the two reasons I said.

Yeah as I said above, I agree, we spend money we have... I enjoy your advice, but I'd like to know where to start haha.

Can you elaborate on that ? Looks interesting.

That's how I feel too. So much changes in so little time... Not sure what I should do in my condition.

I 100% agree with you, but as I said, I'm broke right now and I had to stop seeing my shrink because too expensive. So sad, I was motivated.

Thanks for the kind message. I learned some meditation etc a little time ago, and I think it helped, but I didn't explore it enough before sinking again :(
Can you elaborate about reselling ? Not sure what you're talking about ! thanks !

Thanks for advice. I think you are saying almost the same thing as the guy before me. Could you elaborate ? I'd appreciate.

Man, your post is very valuable. I fully agree with all your advices. It works. But... I don't want to make a huge post about my life, but let's say I'm in a shitty city, in a shitty apartment, it breaks my moral, I can't work out, etc. I'm not looking for excuses ! But, really, it's a very heavy situation, hard to stay motivated.

I'm on pills, yeah. I don't know how to say them in english haha, sorry. Anti depression pills and anti anxiety pills. And y, I agree, making money helps, I could pay a shrink which helped me and I can't anymore :(

I fully agree, since I can't make money from this source anymore haha. Thanks for the link, I'll look into it ! And yeah, I have a problem with drinks (and before that, drugs), but at least I'm not in denial, I want to fight it!

Thans you very much for the kind post. I agree with all you said, look my answer above from another guy's post. Thank you !

Thank you, brother, I appreciate !!!

    True.

I agree about meditation, it helps a lot, but frankly, I found a shrink which helped me a lot getting into meditation and all, I don't think they're all bad (a lot are still :( )
Thanks for the kind advices, I love mountains so much haha... I hope I lived in mountains :p

Totally agree. Learned that the hard way. But these days it's hard to sleep for me haha... still, very good advice.

I like your post. Hard but full of truth. And man, believe me, I don't like to cry. I'm a fighter, even with my weaknesses. I posted this thread to bounce back, not to cry. 100% agree with you.

Unfortunatelly in my country it's very little... But i'd like to re-invest it, and I don't know where to start :p any idea ?

Yeah man, especially in my country, 200 is good, 15 is very little, so this change is very hard haha. But I WILL BOUNCE BACK.

Thank you for your very kind message. It helps me staying strong. One of the problem is that my family drove me into this state, so I can't really rely on them haha :p So I have to stay in a bad place I don't like, it doesn't help. That's why I'd like making more money, it helps, to get a new place, etc, and then it will help.

AGAIN GUYS, THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR KIND MESSAGES. YOU REALLY ARE GREAT PEOPLE.

Just keep going. I've lived with someone who suffers severe depression and agoraphobia for nearly 30 years. It's not an easy thing to deal with and anyone who thinks you can just snap out of it or believes there's some easy fix is deluded or simply has no idea how severe this condition is.

You have the right attitude that you don't want to give up. Keep that in mind and you will get there in the end.

For the ones that say money isn't the answer, no it isn't but self worth and belief is. When you start to achieve success in what you do, you have less self doubt and your life WILL improve.

I don't recommend drugs usually but take propnalol from a doctors prescription. Helps a lot with anxiety. Do this and get a job. It's normal to get anxiety but not if it debilitates you from working

try to control your stress... keep grinding and keep telling to yourself "i'm gonna make it work.. i'm gonna do this.. i'm gonna make it.." maybe it sounds stupid but you have to believe it will be better.. and keep on grinding.. try to eat healthier and sleep well... that way your brain will function better and your mind will be sharper... you're gonna find the right solution man

    Hey man...

Depression is always related to money (in some cases of fragile persons can be related to other thing, traumatic experience, but that is bullshit, I know - I was 4 years in war, as soldier, fighting for my country, so there is no PTSD in that story). Why do you think that Great economic crisis in 1930's called GREAT DEPRESSION? It is always related to money...

Now, let me say something about this forum, and hope OP's will understand this as it should be - I agree here you can find a great number of very good and honest people, some of them are successfull, some less, but they are very good personal and in business terms. But...most of people here seek how earn money doing nothing. That's sad truth...not only here, but world-wide. And, mate - that is a BIG PROBLEM.

It is proven - what comes around, gets around - same story with money - if you earn money with knowledge and with patience - you will know how to keep it or invest it in wise way, if you just "stole" money - well, you see how that's ended for you? I don't want to be rude, but creating content for YouTube for example in mediocrity World is not "inventing the wheel", clickbait title, trending content and you're up! But...not for long...because Google is BOSS, not you - you're just a slave, who earns 2k and thinks he is a KING. Of course meanwhile Google earned 2 million dollars, but fu*** it - who cares?

Main question for you is (for you to ask your self) - What I know? What I can? What I'm good at? SO, now I'm asking you - what you know? What is your knowledge? What is your strength?

Are you good salesman? Good marketer? Or good developer? Mobile apps developer?

And remember - nobody is your friend when the money is in story...everyone wants to use you and spit you up after chewing your's pocket. That's sad but true.

Come back with answer and I will find you a job. Is that OK with you? Just tell me - what is that you are good in? And...cut the shit with depression, believe me if I'm not depressed, you're not for sure...except if you don't know anything and don't have knowledge about anything beside this "money online" crap - then you're screwed bro...double time.

Anxiety, depression, confusion and negative thoughts about that not working anymore and this not working anymore plus not taking action..to me it sounds like you're having some sort of physiological problems(definitely not IM problems), apart from booze are you using nicotine or other dopamine-jacking drugs?

Solutions: (assuming you are making $15 per day)

    1. Start a blog/website on depression, anxiety and other things you are experiencing. Write the content yourself and then get it edited from fiverr. You can make that blog grow quickly since youa re talking about things that you are experiencing first hand. There are lots of CPA offers that you can use plus adnsense for stable income if you can get 100 - 200 visitors per day

    2. Get an Affiliate website or Build one.

    3. Buy unlimited hosting from Stablehost. You can host as many sites as you can plus its around $60 per year if you can find 50% off coupons

    4. You can also start a youtube channel based on your life.. It can be monetized and people will watch

Hey guys ! Sorry, I felt asleep (drunk ;() and I had a hard time getting up, but thank you again for all your messages.

Yeah that's a hard condition, still you can beat it, we can beat everything, but it requires lot of work, professional help, etc. I hope this person you know is better now.
Thanks for the kind words! With age, I learnt a lot, depression is still here but yeah, I learned to think that way, that I CAN AND WILL beat that. I also try to see things in the good way, it's not easy you have to work too to achieve that, but step by step, it works. The hard thing about depression is relapse, you can feel very bad one day without reason, it's a long term work

And yeah I agree about achievements, it makes us feel good, it's a natural good feeling ! But mistakes are good for learning too, I try not to forget that even if I'm depressed haha.

I am on medication already, yeah it helped a little, but not that much unfortunately. And yeah I agree, my anxiety is at a too high level, I'm not THAT agoraphobiac but many "normal" things are really hard to achieve sometimes for me.

Thanks you for your kind words! Yeah i totally agree with you, like I said above, it's really useful to see things in a good way, but it's hard to change the way you think. But yeah, great advice, I agree 100%.

I like this direct and straight type of answer haha. Even if I don't agree with everything. But it's just a feeling, an intuition, I am not an expert in psychiatry or something like that. By the way, your experience of life looks rick (you were a soldier fighting a war!) so I liked to read your post because it's based on an experience I have not.

Concerning my little experience with youtube, well I never thought I would keep doing that on a long period, I did it as a way to make money to start, I want to OWN my business, as you said Google is the boss and it pisses me somehow haha. Well, we could say Google fired me in my case :D

What do you mean about finding a job ? You mean what job I should do considering my skills OR you will offer me a job (or find someone who could) ? That would be interesting haha, I never found a job that way.

I would be really happy to go on in private messages, since I'd like to answer the questions you mentionned not in public if possible :p If you don't mind ?

Anyway, cheers and thank you for your great post and help!

Yeah ok I see the concept, but I'm not sure what to resell, who to contact ? And finding the right audience is a big job too I think haha (a kind of job I like btw). I'll look into it, sounds interesting.

Yeah I have mental issues haha, no doubt about it. Well, there are people dealing with worst conditions than me ! I won't complain. But yeah it can be hard.
About drugs: I took drugs at first at 25, a lot until 27-28, then I could not handle the hard days after haha so I took less and less... Today, well, I took cocaine last time, 4 months ago I think
It's tricky because I need to drink to relax when I meet people, and I don't want to get drunk too much/too early in front of other neither, so cocaine helps me to stay awake in these situations. But for example, I don't take drugs at home, alone.

    Thanks for the tips dude!
yeah someone mentionned to make money based on my experience. Well, even if I know this topic very well, I still need to find traffic, and it's a hard part. Like I said in my first post, I don't really know where to start... (Well, except for writing content, as you suggested). And I don't know how many time it will take me to have visitors, etc. I'm kind of lost right now haha, and SEO is scaring me, I fear working for nothing if google does not like me :p But still, it's a great solution, and I'd really like to start learning and working in SEO anyway, learn the good methods, etc. I fear google don't like ONE of my site, but if I learn SEO and do it right, on 10 websites obsviously google will rank most of them.

Oh and thanks for the Stablehost tip, I didn't know it at all, thank you !

I'm in a tier 1 country, $15 is not really good ;( this money is used to help me pay my rent and buy food haha... so no savings

From witch country are? Tier 1 or tier 2?
I would say u should start working out daily this is the bounce back u can do to get better.
Also u need more love as other people say..

Emotions is a feedback and if its negative then you need to get rid of something or add something positive and replace the negative

Ive been fighting anxiety, after divorce, paying child support, broke, have the kids every other weekend, credit card debts, etc, the things i did to keep my mind right is, I started waking up at 530am and going to the gym before work, lift weights and do some cardio after, eating healthier and listen to motivational videos from time to time, they give you a little boost LOL. Keep fighting, dont give up, some days are tough, but there is always tomorrow bro

    Tier 1 country !
Thank you for your post. The problem is I live in a shitty place in a shitty city haha. But I'm starting to look for another place ! I will take back the control of my life ;)

I fully agree with positive emotions and love but when it has to be from someone else, well, you can't really force it haha, especially when you're depressed, that's a sad paradox :p when we need the most some love, it's the hardest moment to find it !

    fantastic piece of advice
