    Hey,

I met this guy at a forum who was selling a domain worth **** for *** . I mean a domain that is worth four figures for three figures. I asked him why he was selling it cheap. He says that he is not able to change the dns address for the website, which is why he wants to sell it. He says everything else is okay, but the dns address won;t change no matter what. He says that that he will give me the password of the registrar to keep that domain and then it would be my responsibility to make it work. If it doesn't work then I can't claim a refund or anything. Currently, the domain is not even indexed by google but it's about 10 years old.

What should I do. Should I take that risk? Moreover, what could be the possible reasons why the guy is not able to change the dns? Any advise on this matter would be appreciated.
