What SEO tools to get? Can I run them on my home PC? Proxies, VPS, Captcha Breaker

Hi guys, I was thinking about what I should buy, also Im kindof on a budget.
After some searching most people recommend Scrapebox and GSA


But Im a little confused: I read that for GSA you also need Captcha Breaker, Proxies, VPS


Could you please explain these?


My internet connection is excellent 1 GB, laptop has i7, 16gb ram, do I need a VPS?
Proxies: why do you need proxies and can you get them free?
Also I saw GSA captcha breaker is pretty expensive...do you need a captcha breaker? can you get a free captcha breaker somewhere else?

First you need Captcha Breaker to not pay for captcha solving, nowadays most sites were you post to require solving captchas, CB can do this, or you could go for a capthca solving service, ut the latter one will cost you more. In most cases you use CB as first captcha solving program and those that it can't resolve, will be directed to services.
Proxies, people usually mean private or semi dedicated because these will give you some speed over internet proxies, what in most cases are completely useless.
Just because you have a good internet connection, doesn't mean you wont run into troubles, GSA uses a lot of bandwith and your provider might not like that or if you have a cap on internet bandwith you will probably run over it soon. Even though your computer is powerful, doesn't mean it can handle other stuff, while you run GSA. In most cases if you run GSA you can't do anything else. VPS is in most cases recommended.

If you want to play like kid:
you can run GSA at laptop and type capchas yourself.

If you want to work like pro:
you will need GSA, VPS or Dedi, Proxies, capchabraker, EVE, some link indexer.

Better collect more money and invest in real business.
Then you will respect that invest and give all your energy to learn those tools and make money back with them.

I have the money to buy them...but I don't if it's worth it. I have never used any of them before. What if I can't use them right? Also Im not from USA, will they still work well? I don't wanna go spend 500$ and realise they don't help me and I wasted a lot of money.

My current cheap setup consists of GSA, 10 semi-dedi proxies, Captcha Sniper (GSA captcha breaker is better if you can afford), Wicked Article Creator, also for KW research Long tail pro and Market samurai. It's good to start earning some money, then reinvest everything and upgrade.

Both scrapebox and GSA as well as other tools would require proxies and captcha breaker, together with a vps.
