What price to choose for flipping such site?

i have 120 articles mostly "best of" type, good quality, tech niche, 1300 words on average


what do you think if i pack them as a starter site with logo and etc - what would be the fair price?

Try looking at Flippa for similar sites for sale.
 
A little more about the site, statistics, numbers would give you a better chance of getting the answer to this question.
 
And what is the site's rating according to Ahrefs? How many unique website visitors are you getting per month? How is it monetized? What monthly profit do you make? What is the cost of a domain? There are many factors that you have not indicated and it is difficult to judge for what price such a site could be sold. Of course, you indicated that this is a starter site, but with 120 articles on the site, I think it should already receive some traffic and at least some profit. Am I mistaken?

no stats

i have only content, that i don't need
and the only fast way to monetize it - as i understand - make a starter site on a fresh domain
 
The site's only worth whatever someone's willing to pay

There's no proven value.

Therefore there's no price unless you have the greatest domain name ever.

You can expect $20 for this ................ if anybody even cares.... A sales pitch will determine everything that you get

He is going to sell a website with 1200 unique articles, not a domain name.
 
If articles are of of high quality and written by native writers, you can easily sell it for 2500 to 3k dollars
 
for a starter site with no ranking or traffic low end would be about 200 bucks high end would be 3k depending on how well the site was put together and how well the articles are done up.

Edit: that was a typo in my first comment by the way. Meant 100 and not 1000.

Sites is worthless - maybe $200 max. Content is not worth anything. If it has no traffic and no income then the content is trash.

Imagine writing 100+ articles and having no stats.

That's why op referred to it as a starter site (no traffic no sales) head to flippa and see similar sites sells up to $300.

I don't care a bit if op sells it or not, I'm just allergic to bullshit and make sure to speak about it whenever I see some, in this case that was your reply. Anyway, I'm not gonna hijack OP thread anymore, you're welcome to head it to pm if you wanna know more about my reasoning, otherwise reread the first 3 words of this reply.
