I'm planning on 'acquiring' email lists then sending them email offers they didn't ask for or sign up for but I know they're targetted due to how I come about getting the emails so I know they'd be interested. It's just I don't want the lead generation linked to the emails they receive so it doesn't screw up my ability to harvest more emails. What should I do to prevent myself getting into trouble for it?

I don't plan to send multiple emails to the same people and piss them off. I plan on one blast then delete the emails. Maybe save the ones that convert.

Also is it considerably illegal and anything to worry about or just like smoking a joint where noone would really care enough to report you?

It depends which part of the world you are located in and what kinds of emails you are sending.

If you are in the US , there are stern laws, but there are ways to get around them (not fool proof though).

sending Unsolicited emails is actually not much discussed in this forum.

what does tatted mean? and what does your whole sentence mean doesn't make sense.

Will sending via a vpn/proxies do the job? I have a vps too so how about via vps and run thru proxies as well?

IPs need to be rotated and warmed up. You will not get inboxing otherwise, all emails will got to the spam or junk folder, and you won't make a dime.

The setup is quite tricky and takes a bit of time to get inboxing, there's a bunch of people on here that do server setups look for paranoid android he can probably help you...

Think it really depends on where you are and where you are sending to.
Not an expert on this, but I do know than in some EU countries the governments are cracking down on unsolicited messages, and the sender can be subjected to a fine.

You have to get a vps that isn't in the us. if in another country that doesn't have spam laws they can't do jack shit except track you through the site you're promoting.

In USA, its illegal to send unsolicited emails. So you have to make sure they dont think that you are spamming them. I would advice you to do this:

I know that they are not your subscriber but still make a line in the bottom of your email saying something like

"if you have received this mail by mistake , Just reply to me with a blank email and I would remove you from the list"
