I think Primary Ads does, at least they asked me over E-mail if that is what I want to do. Although, they didn't accept me.

But yeah, good question. I'd like to know my self.

Aren't you directing your offline to an LP? If so, I don't think you'd have anything to worry about would you?

But still, wouldn't they be able to tell the locale of the IP that is signing up for an offer?

No company is going to disallow offline marketing if you are making sales.

As far as I know, there is no restriction on geo-targeting by the CPA networks...is there? Mix in junk traffic and drive "good" traffic to the same offer...I assume that the LP would rotate the same/similar offer from several networks.

CJ *will* allow you to do this although you have to apply for it first. You can submit from the same IP address.

Doesn't mean it won't raise red flags. I mean, the junk traffic will just hit the offer and the conversions will be from the same area. IDK, might, might not. Just best to ask the AM before doin' it.

There is a couple different kinds of offline marketing though. One is having ads run in newspapers, or placing flyers, or signs, or whatever, telling people to go to a website. The other is actually having the people come to you, while you are setup somewhere, give them your info, and you put it into the computer as a lead or something. The latter, I could potentially see some networks having problems with. But the former? If your AM is telling you to not put up a flyer directing to your website or signs or something, say "ok" and do it anyway, or find another affiliate company that will let you do that, because there are plenty of them.

That's like saying, no company is going to complain if you send a load of useless leads, their still making money from it, but they do :p

If katie was your maxbounty manager ...please do not trust her ...i was louse becouse of her 1700 $ becouse she said to me to promote one company and then they canceled and reject me ...and when i ask her why she told me to continue she said the quality of traffic was good but is not her call and after one day the company what reject me use the same tehnique to promote on same web site .
Was Gumtree where with 500 pounds u can have advert for a month on fisrt page all the time on the category ,,,and my results was 1 wecks 1700$ so of course after they find my trafic source they kick me out .
So one again Katie from maxbounty is not the best option to belive of what she said to affiliate.

Offline marketing is fine at MaxBounty - provided you follow the same rules that would apply to online marketing. Follow MB's terms, don't do anything deceptive, no tricking users into filling out offers, and no having you and 20 of your "friends" sit at your computer and fill out the offer.

What spooks most networks is that they cannot see how you are advertising the product/service. Doing things like sending junk traffic will do nothing more than raise red flags on all of your traffic. Ultimately, though, lead quality will speak for itself. If you send garbage quality, chances are you'll be looked at as a scammer and since you don't have any URL's or sites to provide to a compliance department, you won't have much defence.

Of course, always check the campaign description before you do offline marketing with a particular campaign, and your best bet is to be upfront with your AM.

No offense to you, but I do not believe English is your primary language. It is quite possible that you misunderstood what she was saying to you. PM me your affiliate details and I can double check for you.

I think CPABullet allows offline marketing. They have a couple good offers.
