Hey friends I do not eat any hard food from past 1 year and i am on COKE 600ml once a day Burger once a day Note: No water i have taken yet May be some hard food on Sundays. And i am not able to work for more than 4 hours now. was doing for like 14 hours. I am not really linking anything except coke and burger. Can anybody kick me some good tip on my head? will be thankful. All written in seriousness.
