What part of cpa should I do?

that kind of niche will not fly on ppc ads. those campaigns will get suspended eventually for being against ToS. within 24hr if not immediate after review.
maybe with a cloaker. that comes with a big learning curve. by all means feel free and confident to learn it. theres ppl on bhw selling them.
i would re-invest in automation or scaling up. there's a thread in journeys board here where a guy is running 9k youtube accts, 25k twitter accounts. so it's possible.
or hire a virtual assistant on upwork to do the trivial tasks, allowing you to research more niches, focus on the bigger picture.
or pivot to new niche all together.
