I am setting up a site and have some legal disclaimers such as DCMA, Earnings Disclaimer, etc. They all link to a "contact us" form.

I only put all this stuff there because it makes the site look legit and I've heard I need it for Adwords/Adsense.

Anyway, should all of these pages be no-index and no-follow or is it okay to have them indexed?

I guess my real question is, should the only things I want indexed are posts and things that make money?

(Also, as an added St00pid Question?, should I link back to authority sites at all and if so, with do-follow?)

It's ok to have them index. Infact it's better. Further having them do follow or no follow doesn't really matter because the main purpose of those pages is to make you look legit
