Facebook
Youtube
Stumbleupon
Twitter
Reddit
(Digg)
Delicious
Tumblr
Scoop.it
Sex.com (I work on xxx content)
Technorati
(Wordpress.com)
(Blogger)

I know there is quite a lot of websites like this (for example the ones listed in Addthis app), but which ones work? Where can I get some good traffic and backlinks?

Weebly is also not bad for a quick web2.0 tier 1.

also, try relevant blog commenting on authority blogs in your niche... although they are proibably nofollow, they can bring you traffic.

I just checked and Weebly does not allow xxx content, just like Wordpress and Blogger. I forgot to mention Squidoo, I think I can try it there too.
