Just a tip try other competitor software like Massplanner once and see if you are able to provide better services then them and also you must have some kind of USP above them to get recurring clients else your hard work could go in vain.

Schedule to add friends AND schedule to delete friend request sent after X days.
I think it is important to have some farming function to keep account strong (some random functions would be great).
