    Hey guys,

100% of my income comes from seo clients. I see SOOOO many successful people making money online and it is crazy to me that people are making thousands of dollars in a single day. To be honest I would freak out if I could make $3000 a month in non seo client income.

So I ask the question, what % of your income comes from seo clients or online endeavors? I feel I'm the minority because I have never tried adsense, affiliates etc and probably missing out on some easily accessible money making opportunities.

Looking to start branching into offline SEO as soon as I have a hold on this Post-Penguin SEO...so at this time it is about 5% based off the occasional thing I do for someone.

100% of my income is from internet marketing related activities. Roughly 90% from SEO. 10% other IM stuff, including CPA.

100% of my online income comes from affiliate/partner marketing to the tune of around 10k-15k monthly.

90% of my income comes from selling seo services. Only 10% comes from adsense. I am trying to get hand on CPA and clickbank but the seem to little slippery.

Holy shit I think I just went in my pants!!! Are you kidding? Is that like gross sales or profit!

    :eek2::eek2::eek2::eek2::eek2::eek2:

I have done some quick reading and a few have mentioned to achieve that price point focus in higher end products. Would you agree or does the quality vs quantity scenario not apply to it as money is money regardless of how you get it...

most of my money comes from web design and seo. Mostly web design and ecommerce design. I try to upsell the SEO after.

That's profit. I do around 100k a month in gross sales and 10k-15k of that is my profit. I do 500-600 orders a month and my average commission is somewhere around $25 per order (this time of year at least). It goes back and forth because the products I sell (all within the same niche) change frequently and the price goes up and down depending on the time of the year. In the fall I can do 500 orders and make 17k and in the summer I can do 500 orders and only bring in 12k. Also, some orders are for 1 product and some are for 10+, however I'd say my average order is 3 products.

In theory, it's really not that hard to make what I do and even much much more. A associate of mine is in the exact same niche, selling the exact same products, through the exact same company. However, he just has better resources than I do so he makes on average 50% more than I do every month. That's 20k-30k every month. All you really have to do is find an in demand evergreen product, figure out how to reach potential customers and make it happen. The trick is to find a niche that only requires trapping customers that are already looking to buy that product but are searching for the best price. This converts so much better than trying to talk a potential customer into believing that they actually need your product like clickbank products.

Also, I'm not going to share my niche, nor am I going to share my method. I'll just say that it isn't PPC, it isn't SEO, and it isn't PPV. I'm always trying to get into these methods of marketing; however, it's very hard to actually put hard work into something when you are already killing it. I'll probably try to get into some of these later this year. As of now I'm saving up to buy a house so I don't have much cash to play around with.

@txhepoker: Making >10K off SEO really isn't that hard. A few decent clients at 2k/mo ... it adds up fast. The trick is filtering out people who are time wasters and people who don't have money.

30% web site design, 30% computer repair, 40% adsense roughly right now. Looking to shift entirely out of computer repair, get more adsense sites on autopilot and outsource web design and replace it with me performing SEO for websites in the long term...we'll see how all that goes!

Tsmash, Thank you so much. What you wrote is very inspirational! I wouldn't dare insult you by asking what niche and method is, as I am grateful you took the time to share some knowledge with me.

    Dude you rock!

    the_demon,

It is like you have a crystal ball! That exact scenario is why I am asking about alternative methods. I have a bad batch of clients I need to get rid off and is why i am sour on providing seo to clients(at the moment).

No problem man, and thank you for your kind words. The main thing I'd like to stress to people is not to get caught up too much in thinking that SEO and PPC are the only methods that can bring in mad cash. Just think outside the box, there are alot of traffic sources out there that just aren't being exploited. So find 'em, and start exploiting the hell out of them!

Good luck to you my friend!

    Tsmash,

Thanks and rep given. I appreciate your help. I feel I can locate untapped traffic it's the conversion of traffic to $$$$ will be the key.

I eventually want to have 2 comfortable amounts on seo services and affiliate/ppc adnsense etc. I guess 100% goals achieved on both if you will. I have one customer who makes 3,500 a day and I have her on the front page for 45 different keywords and she feels If I charge her $400 a month I'm stealing from her. Such Bullshit!

I think my next step is having some autopilot sites in place.

90% affiliate income and 10% advertising. I could be of great service for SEO clients, but I don't want to compete with 99 cent outsourced robots.

This is what scares me and why I haven't ventured into it yet. I thought seo services was a safer route but penguin reminded me that nothing is safe. From those that answered, it appears that I am in the minority at 100% seo services..

60% of my income is from a seo client, the other 40% is from affiliates.
