I have a healthy food page which gets 200<likes per pic but it varies on the comments. The amount is pretty low (the most being about 10 on a pic) and I don't know how to get more.

What niche do you think, in your opinion/experience, gets the most comments on a pic? Plus do you have any advice on how to get more comments?

Is not about the niche, is about what you post and HOW you do'it.

    Best regards.

    Facts/quotes.
People (especially women) like tagging their boyfriends/girls under every sh*t they see

How does everyone receive their money from shoutouts? I've never made any yet but I was thinking Paypal, or is there something better?

Yes it is. No offense but you're wasting a lot of time asking questions that don't need to be asked

concentrate on getting more followers, the more you will have the more comments you will have as well, also try to get them to take action/comment in your photo caption.

Why do people 'no offense' when they are about to offend you? I don't get it.

Because there are people who take it personally and people who take it as advice. No offense but I think you are the former

    See how that's done?
