What networks do you not have to have a website for?

    and how hard are they to get approved. I dont think the websites I have are all that great so i would rather not have to include them

    If you submit to Leadbolt using the BHW submission thread, you should be able to get one regardless.

    Search for the thread. If it's still available take advantage of it.
    If not, I would be willing to sell you a CPA account.

    I dont quite understand leadbolt... its a lock for a website? I just signed up tongiht but im not quite getting it

    I'm not sure what you mean by this exactly.

    You use the CPA to monetize the website. You can then advertise the website.

    And the only way to do it is to have your website locked and people have to complete things inorder to see your information?

    I am having a hard time understanding the exact concept of CPA. I assumed it was something that you get other to sign up enter email, do surveys, and that you got paid from that, not having to lock your website?

    Well yes, they enter their emails and fill out surveys. Usually, this is to get to something they want. If they have no incentive to fill out the survey, then there is no reason for them do it.

    But I dont get what that has to do with having your website information locked,

    CPA websites should only be the kind that giives something away?

    you cant advertise the survey on twitter or facebook?
