I'm want to contact some webmasters in my niche to do a guestpost.
What metrics should I look for (PR DA PA TF CF backlinks)?
    Any advice?

    .

I?m only doing guest posts to obtain visitors. As such I look at the content; if it?s rubbish or average readable stuff, I normally pass.

If the content is quality, in-depth, stuff that will occupy the average visitor?s attention, then I go for it.

IMO I do PR + TF + referring domains. Yes PR is out dated but if the TF is high with the referring domains then it should have been a good domain as far as PR goes back in the day(no one knows for sure). Now if PR does not matter then make sure the TF > CF and has a good amount of referring domains and some good links to it. Take the time and do the research. Like I said IMO :)
