Good Day

I am busy looking at more sites to add to my network, but I just want to know what is more important:

Is PR more important than PA/DA - lets say I can get a PR6 site with PA/DA of 30/20 or is a PR3 with 40/40 more powerfull?

I also check for citation and trust flow and look that they are above 10.

Your help will be appreciated.

Be Blessed

DA > 20 is acceptable, but don't pay a premium for it.

I keep seeing people mentioning PR as a major turn on and factor, but I don't see it this way from everything I've read.

When evaluating a site I only use PR as a minor supporting metric, not the main one I look at. I mainly look at the DA of the site and also take a look into their back links. If you're looking to add a quality site to your network, I would say look for one with a DA of 45+ and at the same time look at their backlink profile and make sure that the links are coming from related, thematically relevant sources. If it has 1000 backlinks all pointed from SEO directories, you're not really gonna be getting much value from in it in terms of long term power or rankings.
If you're just looking to buy sites to quickly accumulate link juice and you don't care about looking into backlinks, then look at DA and reffering domains, and PR if you'd like. For me DA is more important than PR.

If you're focusing on turning domains, you should probably look to see if it's still indexed before you blow your wad in the first place.

Thanks for the help, I do all the checks with regards to backlink checks, indexed and so forth just wondered where the juice is sitting in the sites as the prices for PR4+ site are getting crazy!!

Yeah a lot of people are 301'ing right now, so the prices are less than reasonable. Do it while you can though if you have a money maker and want to expand, because Google will address redirects.
