What methods do you use to find expired domains?

Please dont tell me sites like ExpiredDomains, and so on.. I think these sites are crap and I can't find anything on it.

I know of sellers who are selling me at a very good rate for domains. I want to know what methods they're using cause i constantly need domains . It would be best if i can get 5 per week or more and I really need to find a supplier who can supply me with domains constantly.

Again, if you're using any sort of tools or software to find the domains, please post here and share. After all, we share our knowledge on BHW

Not sure why you would want to Buy Domains, When everyone here has link juice for rent or for sale.
Save your time and just find a good deal on links and you will have more time.

OP: ExpiredDomains.net is great. Except you need to play smart and check exactly when the database is updated.

I have my own crawler so I find hundreds each week. How much do you usually pay for domains? What metrics are you looking for?

If you are lucky you can find some good domains through expireddomains.net but most of the time, they are just crap. I usually use freshdrop and moonsy.com for good domains.

I'm going to re-post for you a post of mine from the other day:

    I bought 6 domains - 2x PR5, 3x PR4, and 1x PR3.
They were dropped domains, and I paid just the registration fee. Found them via expireddomains.net
They all have plenty of GOV & EDU links, and both the 5's have lots of newspaper links.

However - I did NOT buy them for the PR! I bought them because PA/DA was great (and hadn't been blasted up), and the TF/CF ratio was awesome - each has trust flow over 20, and in most cases the CF was less than the TF.

To those people who say you can't find good dropped domains - I say; stop whinging, and get to work looking for them.

Basically, my requirements is NO redirects, NO foreign language, cannot have too large a gap in the Archives missing, PA/DA > 15, TF > 2, CF > 5

To those who asking me why i want to buy and why i should rent for people: Im telling you that "To each his own". You've your own way of SEO, I have mine, so this thread is for suggestions not telling me to do something else which I'm not interested.

    Thank you very much

    Are you serious?

I wouldn't even CONSIDER anything with TF below 10. And then, the only time I'd go down that low is if the niche was super relevant, or if it had a handful of amazing backlinks that looked like they were going to stick around in perpetuity.

And, don't forget that optimally, CF shouldn't be more than 1.5x TF. If it's higher, there's a good chance it's an 'seo'd' domain, and possibly has spammy stuff pointing at it.

I probably use a method similar to allaboutdomains. I scrape for old industry link lists, extract OBL, then check which ones are availble for hand registry. It's really time consuming :( Still looking for a solution to automate the process.

Obviously because he's wanting to build a PBN (Private Blog Network) to rank either his own or clients sites.

DomCop now has dropped domains as well as archived domains.
