What method you use to keep you healthy and live longer?

    I am curious what kind of method are bhw members using to keep a healthy lifestyle, because there are new methods and hypes popping up every now and then for a healthy life from simple diet to complex new technologies.So what method are you using and has it helped you in the long run?

    ketogenic diet (low carb high fat) to lose weight
    intermittent fasting to stay without gaining them back

    I take proper intake of diet :D then playing soccer daily and in morning 20 minutes yoga.

    But my friend @pewep can tell you better ways. He is pro in meditation and Yoga but often get laid in bed with some hot chick with his super skills :p

    Personally I try to eat a ton of fruits and veggies, smoothie of fresh/frozen berrys and bananas/mangos/pears/oranges whatever I feel like for breakfast, huge salad as part of my dinner and mixed vegetables as part of almost every warm meal.
    Now I kid you not, I eat unhealthy stuff, too, but I'm slowly trying to shift it.

    If you're interested I can highly recommend the book "How not to die" by Dr. Michael Greger, or his youtube channel and website nutritionfacts.org where he and his team take tons of studys about healty/unhealthy live habits and compress the results in an understandable and informative form

    I hit gym, drink good amount of water everyday. I quit smoking and trying to drink less alcohol.

    Dog walking man. I walk my mutt three times a day at a minimum of an hour a time. I lost about 30kg since I got him.

    ~20 min of walking a day.
    8 hours of sleep.

    So far so good.

    I walk to work every day instead of catching the bus,
    plenty of water and rest.
    but then again my metabolism is intense fast so i look like a skeleton with sleeves.
    couple cheeseburgers here and there too but aye.

    Do you really think that you eat healthy fruits and veggies? I know that nowadays people are using a lot of chemicals spraying them. I am not sure how healthy that end up being.

    Don't eat junk food (once in a while it's ok but don't eat too often)
    Drink enough water
    Get a quality sleep

    You're right, one should be concerned about that, however most of the other food be it meat or processed chunk are made/grown from plants and I'm pretty sure bad chemicals only accumulate.
    Otherwise be sure to always rinse your food with water to get at least some off of it.
    Personally I'm not from the US where I think this is a major issue but from the EU where you most of the time can choose to get certified organic produce most of the time if you're able and willing to spend some more, but being a student and not yet successfull as an internet marketer, I usually opt for the regular qualitiy and do a little gardening on the side + visit my grandparents orchard a lot in the summers/autumns

    Run 5 miles each morning, 50 pressups then 20 lengths of the pool.
    Smoothies for breakfast and lunch, grilled fish or chicken for dinner.
    Drink 4 litres of water a day, plus fresh orange juice.
    1 small beer a week, usually Friday evening.

    Drinking alcohol, smoking weed and hasj, take CBD oil, Omega 3 tablets, eat lots of greens, crosstrainer at home and a total gym.

    For me it's not about health but keeping things balanced bwhaha
