What merchant account is this company using

    you can use paypal, signup as a merchant, it's free, but it might have several not-so-good consequences.

    Paypal works for charities, if your looking of doing everything whitehat.

    Yeah, paypal is used by most of the smaller organizations. Solid suggestion, but I don't want to use paypal for that reason and it also doesnt give me some options I need for what im doing that the processor their using does.

    I suggest using the Contact Us form on their site to do so, and explain that you are setting up, or already own a similar charity, and could they please advise you who they use as a payment processor for their site.

    I'm confident they would be happy to tell you, especially if you provide a little detail about your specific charity.
