I have cleared all my browsing data with catches and etc, changed my proxies but when I put 3 first letters of one website this website appears in suggestions tab with newComputer/?forward=

What means this newComputer/?forward= ? in URL path?

It means wave to the FBI

"forward" is a parameter without a value. A value would be provided after the equal "=" sign. Usually used to track (assumed with the context the parameter was shown)
