    In a nutshell; Don't let it look like your links are being built by you or a service/software. This is usually done through the use of unique usernames and content around your links, as well as having your links built using different IP's.

    Tracking in the real world involves tracing footprints, you are basically leaving a track of footprints behind enabling G to reverse engineer your link building.

    etc.
