I want a tool that log in and stay logged x min then log out and log in with the next profile on the list. No catcha and the site has cookies. I guess you need to use a proxy list to not look to stupid.

    What language is this?

Where should i find a programmer and what should i pay?

I've said it before in other threads like this, i almost always use iMacros for this kind of thing. iMacros is a lot more powerful than people think, especially when you script it in javascript, PHP etc..

It is just one Profile for each country.

One email one Password. Log in log out if the imacro can use maybe 10 min between.

I always suggest VB .NET for this kind of job since the HTTPWebRequest class makes it really easy to automate even for a beginner, but then again I'm a programmer :D.
