What kinda CPA offers converts more?

Hello,I have a lots of emails from job applicants, i need to blast CPA offers for them using this method:

Can anyone suggest me, what kinda offers will convert more? I have blam ads, mgcash....I will pay your part well if you provide me a good converting offer.....thanks

Email submits are usually the best or offers that convert on the first page.

Email submit, Zip submit and download offers converts better. I will suggest to go with high paying email submit offers. Just go to your CPA account and filter email offers with high payout.

But the problem I have is, those email offers, have 2-5 pages long....

I tried insurance offers as well, but they also have a 6/7 pages to fill in.
