If you're able to drive tons of targeted traffic, and the whole reason behind it is to make affiliate sales, would it be best to drive all the traffic to a single landing page, a squeeze page or a blog type site with tons of pages and banners etc?

All of the sales I've had in the past came from either direct linking or a single landing page/opt in form.

But I just want to know which is universally considered the best way to do it.

Yeah, I should've specified I'm talking about Clickbank type of affiliate products. So definitely a landing page or a squeeze page then? That's what I thought too.

It depends what you want to sell and who you want to sell it to. Don't out your niche on here but do a bit of research. Look at who you'll be competing with and see what they're doing.

I just feel a blog for the purpose of selling clickbank products is unnecessary. If it's a niche where the visitors need a solution for their problem, then why not just "cut to the chase" and send them to the landing page?

There is no such thing as the 'best' type of site.

It depends on what you're offering and what you want your users to do.

I would say the best is a single landing page with your product. People like simplicity, best to not plaster a webpage with a shit ton of offers and options because they'll click out, if you're getting unlimited targeted traffic then a simple landing page should do well

Take all your visitors to a squeeze page, capture their email, than redirect them to the offer. And even if they don't buy, you have their contact information, you can email them again and again and promote to them whatever you want.
