Hey!
Its saturday so i thought we have a little relaxed discussion about sports. I know a lot of people are here to improve their life and make money. So i was wondering, what kind of sports do you guys practice? And if you don't practice any sport.. why?
I'll start : Currently i am doing about 2 hours of cardio every day (about 4-5 hrs per day on the weekend while working). On top of that i practice Kung Fu and have a passion for skateboarding. I'll try to hit the gym and lift weights 2-4 times a week (2 times minimum)
